Team Leader/Development Coach


We’re partnering with a well-established and growing occupational rehab provider who has recently brought on a strong cohort of graduate consultants. Due to this growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Team Leader / Development Coach to support, mentor, and elevate their team.

This is a unique leadership role with no personal caseload, focused purely on developing people and driving team performance.

The Role:

• Lead, mentor and support a team of 5–7 consultants
• Provide hands-on coaching and development, particularly for junior clinicians
• Float across a multidisciplinary team offering guidance and support where needed
• Assist in building capability, confidence, and clinical excellence within the team
• Work closely with leadership to support ongoing growth and team success

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
• Strong mentoring or leadership capability (formal or informal)
• Passion for developing junior clinicians
• Background open across all disciplines (OT, Physio, EP, Psych, Rehab Counsellor)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
