Team Leader/Development Coach
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing occupational rehab provider who has recently brought on a strong cohort of graduate consultants. Due to this growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Team Leader / Development Coach to support, mentor, and elevate their team.

This is a unique leadership role with no personal caseload, focused purely on developing people and driving team performance.
The Role:
- Lead, mentor and support a team of 5–7 consultants
- Provide hands-on coaching and development, particularly for junior clinicians
- Float across a multidisciplinary team offering guidance and support where needed
- Assist in building capability, confidence, and clinical excellence within the team
- Work closely with leadership to support ongoing growth and team success
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Strong mentoring or leadership capability (formal or informal)
- Passion for developing junior clinicians
- Background open across all disciplines (OT, Physio, EP, Psych, Rehab Counsellor)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
